The APEX now features a genuine RockShox Monarch RL air shock for taming the imperfections in the road surface. With adjustments for rebound, compression, and a lockout feature, this shock allows you to dial in the correct sag for your weight and riding style.

YOUR THUMB'S NEW MISSION CONTROL.
The Curve throttle features acceleration and braking in a single thumbwheel that makes it easy to dial in precisely the amount of power (or braking force) you want, correctly, every time. Roll to the left for acceleration, and to the right for brakes. Customize further by using VESC Tool to create throttle curves to suit your style.

At the far end of the brake cables sit the mighty Magura 4-piston caliper and 140mm, extra thick Magura brake disc. A smooth, progressive feel gives you ample feedback to modulate braking force with precision. And the Italian-made, 11" PMT race slicks provide extreme traction to the road surface.

Sitting on each side of the front of the frame are the brand new, powerful Tronic X12 VESC-based speed controllers. Featuring authentic Infineon TOLT mosfets, this newly developed VESC is the latest technology - no other PEV in the world can match it! Wrapped in a stunning heat sink CNC milled from 6063 aluminum billet, these controllers output up to 300 amps (400 peak) each, with a 100.8 volt input. This gives you over 30kW (about 40 HP) of thunderous power at your control!
